I had just installed a new motor coupler and now the washer won’t cycle to spin. It fills, washes but won’t switch into the rinse or spin cycles.
Timer switch?
Check out the lid switch which may have been damaged inadvertently during the repair. By pass it and see if that fixes things, in which case replace the lid switch as it is a critical safety item.
If it is not the lid switch it may be bad connections between the motor switch and the motor when you put the switch back on after your repair or the timer.
Thanks for the reply and you were right. Like an idiot I didn’t notice that lid switch connector had come unhooked during my original fix…Reconnected and all systems go!
