washer will notspin or drain. it agitates on all cycles but when it gets to drain part it stops ,when manually turning dial it will not drain or spin , but you can hear timer running loud ticking like old clock. if this is timer ,anything to repair orjust replace timer?
any ideas anyone?
fixed it ,after reading forums(fisrt plce i looked was lid switch )but heard it click when activated, after trying to pull wires loose from loom to jumper it low and behold out comes switch paddle in my hand, took out screws and the switch had seperated put it back togather and it worked,so with a handy heavry duty wire tie its on second load and seem to be working fine…trhanks anyway
