The wahser will not sping and there is a fast clicking noise. What do I need to do to fix it?

If it will also not agitate then replacing the coupling is the likely cure. If it will agitate then take off the agitator and check the drive block. If it is ok, then your clutch may be the issue.

Your clothes will be wet either because the machne is not spinning fast enough, or the pump is not working or the pump and/or drain hoses are obstructed.

Operate it with the cabinet off by by-passing the lid switch and see if you can determine which of the above is the problem.

I did it looks to be spining fast and there is no water in the drum, the cloths are just wetter than they use to be.

Ok, good. I would still clean out the drain hoses from the tub on out, and if you are still not satisfied go ahead and replace the pump as it is not a large expense.

The drain hose was kind of kinked I staightend it out to see if that works. I put another load in to see if they come out wet if they do I will have to order a pump.
