The water and ice dispenser on our side by side refrigerator are not working. Every once in a while the water will dispense, but this is very intermittent. The ice dispenser portion has not worked for two weeks. The light works, but is very dim.
The ice maker is working, and based on the occasional water dispensing, I do not think we have a frozen water line.
Looking at other threads, it seems as though it might be the main control board assembly.
Please advise if there are any other likely sources for this problem.
