I have a LG refrigerator that has water building up in the bottom of the refrigerator section. On this model the freezer is on the bottom. The water building up freezes and has to be removed on a weekly basis. What is causing this? And what is the solution to clearing up this problem. When I’ve contacted the help line of LG they tell me to subscribe to their maintenance plan which I am hesitant to do. This, hopefully, has an easy solution. Thanks any suggestions/help.
