The water dispenser on our Kenmore sisde by side does not work. ( Ice maker is working fine). The water does not come out of the dispenser when engaged/pressed; instead water is dripping down the hose that runs inside the freeezer door, and onto the floor. We have temporarily shut off the water to the unit. Any ideas on how to get at the hose to check it? or what could be broken?
