Water dispenser stopped working after flow rate had decreased. Filter was changed. When you push lever to demand water, the water starts coming out the bottom of the fridge from a tube that is connected to some type of junction valve. Any help would be appreciated in helping me diagnose the problem.
Hello,
Sounds like the problem is a broken water storage line (810 at the diagram). It is actually a water reservoir for the water dispenser where the water cools down. The solution is to replace it.

Gene, thanks for the reply. In the back of the fridge there is what appears to be a check valve that has a red cylinder with the line for the ice maker coming out of it, and a blue cylinder right next to it with just a short clear line coming out of that. When you press the switch to demand for water it immediately begins to come out of the short line that is hooked to this check valve. It does not appear to be the line you are speaking of. That line seems to be fine, but I will look at that again. If you have any thoughts on what this valve or the short line is for the input would be great, Thanks
