The water in my dishwasher is not hot. I need to know how to fix it.

Check the heater for continuity. Not sure what it should be, I think it will be about 15 to 20 ohms.
Check the thermal fuse (Item 26 in the "Tub assembly" section. Should be 0 ohms.
