Wet Clothes

Purchased this unit used and immediately found the motor coupler needed replacing. Now everything seems to operate …except for one thing…when I wash clothes using the NORMAL cycle the clothes seem to be much wetter when I put them into the dryer. I have checked to see if there is any real difference in the others cycles vs the NORMAL cycle and see no difference…any ideas?

Gill,

Does it drain a full tub of water in 90 seconds or less ?
If not, suspect a weak, damaged drain pump or kinked, clogged drain hose.

If the drain time is in range, suspect a slipping clutch assembly,

and, or spin tube assembly,

(one or the other)
