What do I check next?

Refrigerator is not cooling and freezer section is not freezing. Compressor is not running. I replaced the compressor relay and there is no change.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong? What do I check next?

i think you must check your regulator function.some time it doesnt work.so move it up and down and lets see what happen then.
