Washer gives UL fault and shuts down every load. I have checked to be sure machine is level and it is. Springs look good as well. Pulled the inner tube and there is sloshinginside of the top and bottom plastic pieces. I know there is a balance ring, but I read somewhere else if the water in the balance ring can be heard sloshing around you should replace drum. Is this true? Any other suggestions?
