Whirlpool Control Panel Issue?

I am having problems with the controls on the front of my Whirlpool dishwasher. All controls are dead EXCEPT for the cancel button which when pressed cycles for 2 minutes. I know that I have power to the appliance because the cancel button works OK. Any thoughts why all other buttons would be dead and what part is needed?

This did not work. I replace the board today but still have the same problem. Other ideas?

There are two parts in question (control panel and control board) and what was good for [FONT=Verdana]tb69396[COLOR=Black]s [COLOR=Black]dishwasher does not mean a solution for everybody. Unfortunately there is no way to tell exactly which part is wrong in each case.
