I’ve replaced the belt and tension rollers. They came in a kit. The dryer makes very loud noises when in use. Is the problem the drum?
Here are your parts

I am assuming you replaced the rear support rollers and that the noise was why you did this.
Did you check the drum itself some times they can crack on the seam, also sometimes something can stick in the hollow that the rear roller ride in and cause a racket.
When you replaced the rollers did you check the shafts for wear/ bearing slop.
Check that the blower wheel is attached properly to the motor shaft and that it is not cracked. Also check that there is nothing in the blower case.
Check the front drum supports some times a piece can break of of them.
Check that one of the baffles inside the drum has not come loose
Check that the motor bearings are OK. Also that both tie down straps are still there. Also the below

Thank you for the information. But my wife is fed up with her dryer and has decided to buy a new one.
Thanks again,
