I have searched online and here for answers and now I am seeking others regarding the problem. The thermal fuse keeps blowing on our dryer. I decided to replace the thermal cut off parts (thermostats) and thermistor to see if that would solve the problem and as you can probably guess it didn’t work because I am seeking help here now.
Unless I am doing things wrong the coil should be fine (there was no continuity when I tried testing it from the casing it is in to the terminals) and there is continuity when testing the actual terminals.
So where do I go from here? Could the coil be bad and I am somehow not testing it right, or is there something else I need to look into replacing?
