whirlpool duet F/L washer only 3 months old . only used 1 time , new home owner, did not move in till 3 months later , but machine was tested upon delivery, then they moved in a it acted up 1st time , water comes in, door locks , then unlocks , then locks,starts to count down , then a feww monutes later shows f28 and thats it , i did a diagnostic test, showed F28, check connection to mcu +ccu all looks good / pump connections look good. pump is clean, pressure switch is good +hose is clear. any ideas , this has the new style ccu at right front at top, any ideas / thanks

Being less then a year old it’s under warranty and you should not have to mess with it. Call Whirlpool and get it fixed under warranty.
My bad, looks like you are the tech trying to repair it.
Did you unplug all the connection and plug them back in again?
yes i unplugged +replugged the connections
