whirlpool duet washer doesnt drain completely. i tried to run the test and it stayed on c:05 for a long time washer stays on drain spin cycle and makes humming sound its not full of water just below the door. it is front mount unit.
Take off the lower panel and clean out the pump and drain hoses. Then unplug the machine for several hours and then try it again.
