whirlpool error f-20

Every time I wash a load on cold or warm I get an F-20 error around 5 minutes into the first cycle. Sometimes I am able to rinse, sometimes I get F-20 again. Washing in hot water always works so far. I have checked the water flow for hot and cold and the pressure seems to be fine.

I have read online in another post that this part may fix the issue: AP3866046

For $25 I was going to give it a try, but I need to know how hard this will be to replace, and about how long it will take? Does anyone know if this part should fix my error?
