I’ve got a whirlpool oven that will always turn on and get up to temp ok, but then sometimes it will hold a temp just fine and other times it will just shut off after awhile. It seems like is has trouble holding the correct temp when it is at lower temperatures (like 350 and below). Sometimes it will work fine. But sometimes it will just shut off or else I can hear it clicking (ignitor??) but then the temp still drops. Sometimes it even sounds like it lights but then shuts off right away. I have replaced the temperature sensor and this did not help. Any suggestions??? THANKS!!
I know this post is a year old, but we are having the exact same problem with our Whirlpool gas oven. Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
