I have a Whirlpool Range model#RF199KXKT1 and lost the digital display and power to the oven. I had a service man come and look at it and he thought it was the control board so I ordered a new one and installed it and the oven and digital display are still not working. Is there anything special I need to do after installing the board or if that was the problem it would be working? Any other thoughts on what the problem may be? The cook top is still working fine.
