Whirlpool Washer F70, F71

Washer started getting F70 and F71 errors, Researched and found that this error usually means that the User Interface boards need to be replaced (my drum still turns when it gets the error) Ordered boards (part # W10319813) and installed. Worked for about 3 weeks and then started doing same thing. Called and talked to support person, they sent a second set of boards. Installed and this time it only ran for about a week and started getting same F70 and F71 codes. If you play with it, it will sometimes act like it is going to run but the timer counts down but nothing happens. I have tested the wire harness between the UI and the CCU, all good. For this unit to only be 4 years old and have these issues is really poor, these are not cheap units! Any thoughts on what else is causing the issue? Is the CCU bad even though the drum still turns?
Thanks.

Call whirlpool and complain this is a headache code even for repair techs. This can be a numerous amount of things…it’s usually a communication error which could be a harness issue from the touchpad to CCU or to motor control or one of these components can be faulty and it’s hard to determine unless your replace part after part till you find the problem…I’ve even talked to whirlpool techs themselves and they tell you to replace the wrong parts while testing with them over the phone…Whirlpool knows of this problem and tech support doesn’t have an edge over this problem even after years of this happening…These units shakes so much during spin cycle that the ccu will break soldering points they have for years on these types of units and they still have the same problems.
Here’s some video’s on the problem
