I have a Whirlpool washing machine Model# LSR7233BQ2. When I turn on the wash cycle, it will fill with water but it will not agitate or spin. There’s no sound at all when I turn to the spin cycle. I also tried Regular, Permanent Press, and Delicate spin cycles and all behave the same way. Essentially the washer will fill with water and that it. Is it the motor or the motor coupling? Thanks:)
If it will drain then check the coupling. Most of the time that is the problem.
