whirlpool will not spin/agitate

hey all i have a whirlpool washer model lst7233aw0 and it fills and drains but will not spin or agitate. when its in the agitate mode i can see the agitator wiggle a little but otherwise nothing. then during the spin cycle i get a high speed humming sound like the motor is spinning but the drum will not turn.

and thoughts? coupler? transmission?

dont want to spend alot on a service call if i can avoid it.

This looks and sounds very much like the coupling. Not a difficult repair, takes a little time and it helps to have someone with you.
