Just had service guy come check out our washer for "walking/vibrating" across our laundry room. He checked everything out (suspension springs, leveled it) and said the floor was weak! Washer has been in the same spot for 10 years. Only difference is we just installed hard wood floors in the laundry room about 1 year ago. Need some help here! Not sure why it just started walking about 2 -3 weeks ago.

There is the balance ring on the top of the basket. It’s normally filled with liquid and it helps to keep the washer balanced. If it’s empty - the washer will be "banging".
