My son bought a used Kenmore 80 Series washing machine and the model the model number is 110.23832100. We ran a cycle right when we bought it and it does not agitate properly. I hardly agitates at all, it moves a little but not much, when you press your had down on the agitator it agitates great, but when you release your had off of it, it hardly moves. The rest of the cycle is good, spins great and everything just does not agitate very good at all. Can you tell us which kit we would need to hopefully fix the problem?
