Washer will not spin. Motor hums but drum will not spin. Replaced coupling between motor and transmisson. worked for 3 loads and quit again. Has not been spinning out right for a while but has quit all together now. Have been told the clutch has gone bad. Any help will be appeciated.
If it will continue to agitate then it is likely the clutch is the problem. Try to observe the motor in spin mode, and if it is turning then I suggest you replace the clutch.
