The washer will not spin or agitate. The belt is not broken. It sounds like it is spinning and agitating in the appropriate cycles when there is water in it, but it is not actually spinning or agitating. I thought it was the belt, but have looked underneath and the belt it still on the pulleys. I have drained the water and now it seems to need water to go any further with trouble shooting. I really don’t want to put water in it again. Is there another next step? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
