The washer will pump all the water out, but won’t spin without me manually rotating the basket until it won’t manually rotate any more. How can I tell if it’s the clutch, the washer drive block or something else?
One more clue…it doesn’t have as much trouble "getting going" spinning with a light load as it does if there are towels or jeans in there.
