agitator not working

My machine wont agitate or spin but it sounds like it is operating fine. The water pumps in out but thats about it.

Good morning I have an Admiral Washing Machine that is not working properly. When the spinning cycle beggins the machine sound like is getting off the ground and head out from the basement. When the cycle stops the clothes comes out soak dripping and wet. I turned the machine upsaydown and find that there is a belt that runs three motors, if you take a look at the bottom of such machine on the left hand side there is a lot of debris, like black dust comming from there. Is any suggestion you will bde able to give me? Is this is a problem with the water pump, the belt?

Jose,

Lift the washer up from the front. Remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley is moving. If there is any restrictions and/or noise then the pump has to be replaced.
