Control Panel insert replacement

The plastic panel on the water/ice dispenser control panel is suffering from my heavy finger pressure and needs to be replaced. The insert (Dispenser Facade Insert) is available (Appliance Parts Pros P/N AP4078628) but installation is not obvious from drawings. I suspect the facade part may be removable from the front and allow the insert installation without going through the back of the door. If so, I will get the part and a couple of others too. If not, however, I will just put up with it. Thanks for any help. GilP
