Control won't advance

We have a wksr2100tbww that works … but, it just started not advancing the dial. It will work just fine and do all complete cycle if you go turn the dial after enough time has elapsed for each portion of the complete cycle.

Does this mean a bad timer? or might it just be the little motor on the timer control … and is that something we can replace?

Check to make sure you have 120v going to timer and make sure timer connector(s) are seated good and clean… if you do more then likely it’s the timer…part number WH12X10033 around $210.00 and yes it’s something you can replace.
