The light on the wash cycle (Baked on Cookware), and in the Options menu the Hi Temp, Sani Rinse lights are constantly on. The keypad is stuck in these settings, and wont allow any other selection. The machine will go through a complete cycle in these settings, but takes approx. 4-hrs. Even after hitting the cancel button and then start button, it reverts to these settings, and no other setting is possible using the keypad, any suggestions would be appreciated. Nick

No audible, or response from touch pad.

No Audible.

I would suspect either a bad touch pad, or a bad control board.
