Recently my dryer started squeeking. It started off just in the beginning but now it seems to last longer and getting louder. I have a Maytag dryer: Model# SDE515DAYW
I haven’t taken the dryer apart yet but from what I have read I think it must be the following parts. Will this probably take care of this squeeking problem?
Assy, roller braket: #AP4048635
Cylinder roller: #AP4046756
Thrustwasher: #AP4032235 (2 needed)
Ring-RETA: #AP4032235
Screw,10-16x 1/2: #AP3085356
This would be for the one roller, I assume I would need two sets of these to ensure both rollers are replaced at the same time.
I noticed from previous posts but with different models that the rear rollers and idler pulley were the recommended replacement parts. However I don’t seem to see these parts for my model.
