f1 error double electric oven tried stuff already

i have a haunting f1 code i have replaced the control board and both relay boards…
oven seems to work fine except after a few minutes of not being used it starts beeping with f-1 code
next thing i’d like to check is the temp sensor? not sure if i got the right part i grabbed the thermal switch on top of the oven but im not sure if that is the part i need to look at?
i’m thinking the oven doesn’t register room temp? as i get no error codes if i am using the oven? not sure as i swapped out the expensive crap already and still getting same code !@#$%^

someone please help point me in a direction of hope…

o and the thermal switch offers 0 resistance at room temp and the reset switch seems to work ok.

temp probes give me 1092 top oven and 1048 bottom oven so i guess it isn’t that!@#$%
