This morning I went to put a load of clothes in to wash and when I pulled the knob out it made a VERY loud buzz/electrical noise and now the drum won’t turn at all. I can turn it by hand but it will not turn on its own. It fills with water and drains and timer advances through the cycles…but drum will not turn. Any advice will be greatly appreciated…Thanks!
