It is a GE so getting tech info on line is difficult.
Final rinse is usually just cold water so it could be that there is a problem with it.
Remove the hose from the tap and run it into a pail to check the flow.
Some new homes have hose burst protection and they can cause problems.
Reconnect the hose to the tap and disconnect it from the machine.
Run it into a pail to check the flow. Some hoses have a screen filter built into the sealing washers, also they can collapse internally.
Check the screen filter on the input side of the machine’s water valve.
It will have a screen filter.
If dirty clean it.
Do not remove it as it is there to prevent crud from getting into the valve, holding it open and causing a flood.
I cleaned my screens and my washer is working fine!!! Thanks again
You may want to drain some water out of your hor water tank.
Use the drain or the pressure relief.
Let it run till the water is clear.
Reduces crud in the water and also makes the tank more efficient.
