The first issue we had was that the water stopped dispensing yesterday. Then this morning we started to notice that the ice maker was not working and the ice started to melt. We then realized that the items in the freezer were starting to thaw.
We decided to replace the filter for the water. We now have water flowing, but the unit does not seem to be cooling anything. It even seems that the fridge side is starting to warm up. Would it shut off because it knows the doors have been open and will take some time to cool down? It sounds like it is running, but not getting cold.
Are these two random issues that surfaced at the same time, or are the two issues related? Any ideas on what we can do?
