We’re having a couple of problems with our front-load Frigidaire Model FTF2140FS1.
The first is that the soap is not fully rinsing out of the clothes and drum after the cycle is complete. We can see soap “leftovers” in the boot when we open the door and the clothes smell of soap.
The second problem is that the fabric softener dispenser is not emptying at all, but the detergent and bleach dispensers work fine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I searched around the forum for anything matching but was unsuccessful. If you know of where I could find a manual (besides the use & care guide) that might be helpful.
I don’t know if these two symptoms are related, but put both in one thread as a start. If they should be separate, please let me know.
