I am trying to remove the screw that is holding drive pulley and drum for my Frigidaire ATF7000FS0.

I am using the metric hex wrench and it does not budge (even hex wrench was slightly got bent.)
From the [URL="http://www.appliancepartspros.com/frigidaire-screw-134408400-ap3844436.html), I’d need to turn counter-clock-wise.
what would i need to use/do? I did WD40, tapping with hammer, etc…
Any help is appreciated.
