I have a frigidare front load washer gltf2940es3. It won’t spin or drain, on past experiances I thiouhgt it was the door switch, I changed it but it did not resolve the prioblem. the error code that it gave me was E43 control board problem. Could this be the problem, do I buy it? if I get it how do I change it. Thanks.

Before replacing the control board check: if there is 120VAC to the drain pump when it suppose to drain (if the water is in the tub), check all the connectors at the control board.

When I look up the control board on your website it comes up as AP3891780 this one is labled "control Board". The part number you gave me is AP4358809 labled as "Control Electronic". On the error sheet from the factory paperwork it says just control board. After I check what you suggested I want to make sure I order the correct part. Thanks.
The one you are referring to is the motor control board or speed control board.
