The igniter seems to glow when it is supposed to. Some times there is ignition and some times not (more often not). Can’t seem to get it to be predictable.
Thought maybe it was a clogged vent, but cleaned vent from back of dryer to outside, and nothing significant.
Sensor continuity reads 0.
Any suggestions for what to try next?
Most likely the problem is a bad gas valve coils. This is very common problem with gas dryers.

Yep. I tested the coils and the two prong one is giving me no resistance, though the 3 prong is testing correctly.
If you know how to test, you should share, as it would be a shame to order these and not have it solve the problem. On another thread I learned:
[INDENT]There is a test you can do to determine if the coils are bad. You can test the coils using a multi-meter. The two prong coil will read 1,000-1,300 ohms, and the three prong coil will read 1,300-1,400 ohms across prongs 1&2, and 500-600 ohms across prongs 1&3. Hope this helps.[/INDENT]
Of course it doesn’t say which is 1, 2 or 3, but maybe it doesn’t matter.

The problem is that the coils can pass the continuity test and still malfunctioning due to heat stress. So if the flame problem is intermittent then in about 95% of such cases it leads to a bad coils.
