dishwasher will not drain on final cycle of any setting? It drains fine on every intermediate cycle, however, at end of sequence, tub is full of water. Replaced drain pump (it has power, and continuity) replaced main pump and motor assembly, drain valve assembly, and sequence switch. Only thing left is control board??? PLEASE HELPPPPP!!!
Have you checked the valve flapper #328 on the parts breakdown? It should stop water from flowing back into the pump during pump out.

The piston valve #534 on the parts breakdown can also cause this problem. The rubber stopper should be large enough to stop up the hole in the top of the valve.

Also can you tell if the drain pump is running on the final pump out? If not the control may not be sending power to the pump. http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/dishwasher-repair.html
I am talking about the control board on the front panel!!!
Ok sorry looking back I see you have already replaced this part. The control board is unlikely but you have replaced just about everything else. Take a look at this part and tell me if you have replaced it or not.
