Hello all and thanks for all the help you have provided so far. As the title states, I have a GE fridge and the freezer gets below zero but the fridge stays above 40. I noticed there was snow on the coils so I replaced the defrost heater and defrost thermostat and that corrected the snow problem, but the fridge is still warm. The only thing I can think of replacing next is the control damper part WR02X10113 but that part has been discontinued. Can anyone advise me on where to get the damper control or another solution that I am missing? Thanks for your help in advance.
Hi.
Check the return duct at the bottom and if it’s open try to fiddle with the air damper. Open the gate just a bit and jam it with some plastic object.
See if that works.
Simon.
