ge front load washer wont spin

we have a GE® ENERGY STAR® 3.5 DOE Cu. Ft. Capacity Frontload Washer with Stainless Steel Basket that is only 2 years old. it started making noise couple months ago. now it will spin very little so clothes are not aggitated or spun out. what do we check and how.

Look inside the lower service panel and see if there are tech notes that will tell you how to put it into a diagnostic mode and run some tests.

GE does not release tech data so I cannot link you to a service manual.
