GE Gas Oven will not work even after replacing the Igniter

:confused: I have just finished replacing the stove’s Igniter (Part#: WB2X9154) on a GE Model# JGBP90MEA1BC but the igniter still does not heat up when testing the oven. Is there a way to reset the safety valve Part#: AP202253 or at least a way to test it to see if it is or is not the problem and what else it may be?
