The actual knob is stuck and will not move from medium load setting. This is a nightmare as we are a family of 6. Please help. It worked fine and then we moved and now its stuck!!!
Sorry to hear that, I imagine with that much laundry this is a problem.
I would go ahead and replace the switch. Here is the part and it is not expensive. If you need it fast you can request expedited delivery. Even with that expensive you should find the prices here are less than getting it any place else. Good luck.
