Range/oven, glass top, digital control with self clean
Oven quit while using it. Wife said there was a pop . No fuses flipped at the main control panel. The oven control panel is blank, no clock no nothing:(. The range top burners work fine:). I pulled the back panels (electric unplugged). Disconnected and checked continuity at both top and bottom oven element burners and each had continuity and about 18 ohms. Checked temp probe and about 1150 ohms. These numbers appear ok based on DIY help videos.
Wall delivering 240v. No obvious burned wires on back of range/oven. All that seems left is the control board? I am concerned to replace it because the pop sound when the oven went indicates to me a more serious problem. And an new board could also pop?
Also don’t know if the control board comes with the sense touch buttons that also might have blown?
What else to check?
Is it the control board?
Thanks for any help.
