Just replaced the timer and knob and washer starts when it is supposed to. Now when washer gets to the spin rinse cycle it fills and drains but, the drum does not spin. Clothes are soaked after spin cycle what could the problem be? Just to let you know agitator works in wash cycle. Also When I lift the lid the washer does not stop.
Thanbks for this response. Especially the "How to open the front panel" I was stuck replacing the water pump and found a large fur ball lodged in the pump. Didn’t have to replace it after all. Don’t wash stuffed animals if they have even the slightest innards coming out. lol
