When we turn on the machine & start a cycle. The door locks, drum spins a little one way, then a little the other, no water comes in, then the door promptly unlocks & the timer continues to count down with the door locking and unlocking throughout. When the power button is pressed during this "non-cycle" the door locks, the drain pump turns on and runs a bit (no water to drain), then turns off & the door unlocks. We have checked all the water inlets and the drain pump for any blockages & found none.I replaced the pump and it still doesn’t work.
