My self cleaning upper double oven is locked. I cleaned the lower unit and the top unit has locked. A code F9-2 is displayed. I have tripped the breaker and left if off for 30 minutes and pressed cancel multiple times. What do I do now?

The error is a switch error but may also be a problem with the control board or a bad wire/connection.
