The model number you supplied is incorrect, but
The next step would be to check the heater element and wiring for a short to the casing of the heater, a shoted element or wire could cause the element to continue to heat and reach excessive temperatures.

I assume your thermal fuse keeps blowing. Short it out temporarily and measure the dryer output temperature, if well over 60 degrees, replace the cycling thermostat. If ok ,check the filter for dirt buildup. Also, check the in and out vents on the backwall for partial blockage.

Is the Theremal fuse the same thing as the high limit switch?
The thermal fuse is near the top of the heating element housing, thermal limit thermostats are self re-setting, thermal fuses just permanently blow open.

ok thanks…i checked the cycling thermastat and i have continuity across two terminals which is good but not the other two treminals which is also good…to my understanding the turminals that do not show continuity should show resistance…correct?..mine shows no resistance. Could that be whats causing the hight limit thermostat to keep blowing…?
